This week I built a mon and son pair of portable outdoor easels. I wanted to make them out of whatever was at hand. I made the top hinging area and shelves out of some old boards from pine shelving that I had disassembled last year and hinges leftover from other projects.
The legs are from small trees that were taken down when we built the lawn tractor shed and chicken cottage.
The backboards are from plywood I had leftover and the plastic panels I took off my chicken tractor.
Then I attached two office clips to hold the paper using old drawer hardware to attach them.
Today we tried them out with conte crayons.
